Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Answering anywhere from 100 – 250 calls per day from our customers
- Transferring customers through to the correct area first time everytime
- Pleasant phone manner & friendly, positive attitude
- We use Windows, Gmail, Ipscape & HTG internal systems
- Update daily call reporting
- Booking customer appointments at our Retail & Telstra Business Technology Centres
- Prioritising tasks throughout the day and understanding the impact of each task on the wider team
- Excellent computer skills
- Type 50+ wpm
- Administration & reception skills
- Prioritisation of tasks
- Telstra knowledge a bonus!
- Barista trained would also be a key advantage!
