As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your role is pivotal to the development and execution of HTG’s digital and marketing plans across all of our amazing brands including Techwell, Telstra Business Technology Centres, Telstra Retail, BeeSigned and HTG.

Directly reporting to the General Manager of People and Marketing, you would be required to deliver high quality marketing activity with a focus on creative content generation, digital, social media, brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.

Working within our crazy marketing team, you will be a creative marketer with a passion for all aspects of digital marketing to deliver an end outcome and you would have a willingness to learn and work with key stakeholders to help them deliver results.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of brand, customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Development of creative content across social, blogs, website editorial, eDM’s and other digital channels to ensure our digital content is up-to-date and delivering results
  • Coordination and execution of digital campaigns primarily for B2B, from creative processes through to briefing, production, approvals, deployment and tracking through user experience and Google Analytics
  • Develop and Coordinate SEO and SEM campaigns including scheduling, tracking and reporting
  • Manage SEO/SEM and Google Adwords campaigns with a results focus in mind
  • Understanding and sharing the latest digital trends, providing recommendations
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team including ad hoc participation in marketing campaigns/events
  • Liaise with internal teams, distribution channels, external stakeholders, promotional companies and suppliers to ensure objectives are met and opportunities maximised
  • Manage internal communications and key events within HTG including strategy for sprints for reward and recognition
  • Compiling and accurate campaign reporting

Required Skills

  • At least 2-3 years marketing / digital experience
  • End-to-end campaign execution experience essential
  • Experience with marketing automation software (understanding Active Campaign would be highly regarded).
  • Experience in writing and designing digital content and marketing communications including eDM’s, newsletters, print, radio, social, outdoor, web and video.
  • Proven ability in email marketing tools, SEM/SEO, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Proven skills in generating, qualifying quality leads & tracking cost and performance
  • A self-starter who is performance-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment delivering upon tight deadlines
  • Data driven to understand key insights and strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of CRM including lifecycle marketing, user journeys and automated triggered marketing
