I was working for a competitor at the time and for a number of years I got to a point where I was feeling unfulfilled in what I was doing. I was on the hunt for something new and a more rewarding workplace. Some friends I knew already worked for HTG and would always tell me how they loved working there.

You could say I was pretty lucky to know people who already worked because opportunity knocked quickly. I was able to attend an interview for a position and surely enough I secured a role as a Customer Adviser/Technician within the company.

When I started I could see exactly what my friends were saying was true. This was a company that surrounded themselves with intelligent, passionate and motivated people with a culture that promoted clear values and a vision that I wanted to be a part of and I began my journey into the HTG family. I use the word family because that is exactly what it feels like; the team that I work with are supportive, constructive and always willing to help one another out wherever we can.

This is a culture where we celebrate our success and reward our people for their hard work, whether it be through our Retail Nights or our Quarterly events, there is always some way to let you know that you are a part of a team that appreciates you and the work you do.

I feel that our leaders are always looking for new ways to motivate and inspire us to do better though the training provided and the encouragement to pursue your goals.

I look forward to telling you a little more of my journey a HTG, but for now why not check out what positions are available to be able to join this family.

Talk Soon.
